Please fix this app!! After I did my recent update everytime I load it kick me out

Ive been using CalcTape on Windows PC for about five years and think its absolutely fantastic. I paid $7.99 for it. Im pleased to find that its also available for iOS. The iOS version auto saves your entries whereas the PC version must be saved manually. However, this port loses a star because its a bit clumsy to use. The keyboard button should not move when a redo is possible. All icons should remain fixed. I think more could be done to reduce the amount of space the menu bar and file title bar uses. I know it may be challenging given the very limited space on the iPhone 4 screens but its not impossible IMO. I also think that when selecting a file the keypad should not automatically appear. The keypad/keyboard toggle should behave like most toggle switches in iPhone apps. In this app you have to press 123 or ABC to select one or the other. For example, if you press 123 and the 10 keypad is already selected then it will not switch to the keyboard as you might expect. I might appear to be very picky, but its just that Ive become so accustomed to the PC version.

Very usefull, but i recomend customize themes. This color is ungly old

Just bought the Mac version, and greatly disappointed to realize that iCloud sync is not working in the iOS app :( Hope thats getting fixed soon. Otherwise a five star app.

This app is absolutely awesome! I run a business and have to do lots of projections on the spot. This apps functionality (I.e. typing, document naming, mailing, filing, editing, etc) has made my life a lot better. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, UNEQUIVOCALLY without any hesitation.

This is by far one of the best calculator apps that I have ever used. Use it almost everyday.

Thank you for fixing my favorite calculator. Functions good now. I use this every day to keep up with so many calculations and I just love the save documents feature and iCloud support.

This is one of the few apps that I use every day for personal & professional purposes. I can honestly say that it is the best calculator/note-taking app in the App Store. Customer service by this developer is excellent. When I had issues & questions with the previous update, the developer walked me through every step of fixing the problem. Every time I contacted him, even when I just wanted to know when the next update would be released, he responded within a few hours. Great product & great customer service!

He should charge a lot more. Just get it--you will use this app.

Each update makes it better. Its best feature is the ability to note info next to each tape entry and save the tape. Great for tracking expenses.

Ive never been more pleased with a calculator, whether physical, computer desktop, or mobile app. This is the one I go to for anything but complex calculations.

Great app and very useful but all data inexplicably and randomly disappears, even when youve closed everything out properly. Terrible glitch and a lot of work lost.

I loved this app until the latest update. It was a great app to calculate my Mary Kay customers purchase totals. Now it crashes every time I try to open it. Please remedy the situation, I would really like to have it working again! Thanks!

The program, the calls, the ability to notate with alpha characters makes this a great app. I use iron an iPhone 6plus and have had no issues! Great app, buy it!!!

I really, really hate giving 3 stars as a rating but I feel it was truly necessary this time. The first time I used this app I was seriously impressed! It didnt take but just a few minutes to understand how to change the buttons to a custom word or phrase. I needed the calculations notated since it was a medication dosage equation for an injectable vet medication that can be highly toxic if not calculated correctly. Boy, that "tape" came out SO GREAT!!! I was trying to create another calculation when... BOOM! It happened. CRASH! Oh I was SO heartbroken. Please, please find the bug and squish it! If you do that, this app should spread like wildfire. Theres just nothing like it anywhere!!!

Wonderful app that allows storage across devices. The latest version now uses iCloud Drive so you must turn it on in your iOS device. Then delete the app and reinstall. Youll get promoted to use iCloud as storage and documents will show up again. Tricky but great app. Support was very responsive.

i had a very important caluclation which was deleted when the app was updated... the whole point of a tape is to have a record of ones calculations... other than the tape function, it operates just like any other calculator...
